Neznalost hráčů a špatné směrování jejich dotazů mě dohnalo (na popud Fregha) k sepsání tohoto stručného seznamu funkcí v GM týmu a krátkému popisu toho, co dělají pro server nebo pro hráče.
Administrátor
Plní funkci nejvyššího soudního orgánu na serveru. Má poslední slovo co se týče trestů a důležitých rozhodnutí. Je jediný, kdo může udělit unban. Stará se o bezproblémový chod serveru. Rozhoduje o přijetí/vyloučení z GM týmu. Neřeší hráčské problémy ve hře!
Kdo to je? - Teu
Webmaster
Stará se o web a fórum serveru, čistotu obou systémů a o jejich obsah. Může udělit funkce na fóru ("změnit barvu nicku" a udělit práva na jednotlivé sekce a úkony), může na fóru udělit ban.

OS administrátor
Stará se o systémovou stránku serveru - chod operačního systému, jeho zabezpečení, o chod databázového serveru, ale v žádném případě ne už o kód emulátoru, obsah databáze (herní svět, postavy, ..) nebo čehokoli, co se přímo týká obsahu herního světa a potřeb hráčů v něm.
Kdo to je? - Freghar
Core developer (vývojář jádra)
Stará se o opravování chyb v jádře(+databázi), čili opravuje spelly, talenty, AI bossů, .. ovšem není povinen opravit něco vyloženě na vaši žádost! Nemá povinnost vyskytovat se ve hře, stejně jako není v náplni jeho práce řešit herní tickety. Jako zdroj informací o věcech k opravě používá bugtracker, případně fórum nebo vlastní prameny.
Kdo to je? - Gregory, Amaunet, Artisan
DB developer (vývojář databáze)
Stará se o opravu chyb v databázi, což zahrnuje opravu questů (ne jejich skriptování), NPC (staty, aby šly označit, zabít, .., může i dělat jednodušší AI), spawnů, lootů a dalších věcí, co se týkají databáze. Platí stejná pravidla o výskytu ve hře a komunikaci s hráči, jako u vývojáře jádra - nemusí se vyskytovat ve hře, neopravuje na vaši výslovnou žádost. Používá stejné prameny informací. Tato skupina může zahrnovat i vývojáře jádra.

Externí vývojář
Jedná se o vývojáře, který je buď ve zkušební době, nebo pracuje nezávisle na GM týmu. Může být úkolován, ale jen v rámci jeho postupu k přijetí do týmu. Nemá přístup ke kódům emulátoru, ani do databáze.

Gamemaster (ingame podpora)
Stará se o hráče ve hře. Jeho hlavní náplní je řešit tickety. Stará se obecně o komunikaci s hráči v případě nějakého herního problému. Neopravuje herní chyby, pokud nejsou řešitelné na místě! Neřeší to, co je obecně v náplni developera (vývojáře, viz výše). Naopak vám může pomoci v případě nějakého záseku, který nedokážou vyřešit sami hráči (např. seknuté NPC, zaseknutá výroba v archaeology, ..). V žádném případě není povinen vám pomoci, pokud je přihlášený na herní postavě! Respektujte jejich volný čas.

GM helper
Pomocník gamemasterů. Stará se o hráče ve hře a může řešit tickety. Převážně je úkolován gamemastery samotnými, nebo developery k úkonům, které pomohou v jejich práci. Má menší pravomoce než gamemaster, může tedy řešit menší množství problémů.

Eventer
Stará se o tvorbu a hladký průběh pořádaných eventů (jednorázových, dlouhodobých, případně pravidelně se opakujících). Spolupracuje s vývojáři, případně s gamemastery. Nemá povinnost odpovídat na dotazy / žádosti, které mají být směrované jiným funkcím (gamemaster, gm helper, developer, ..)

Ignorance of players and wrong routing their questions force me (at the instigation of Freghar) to write this brief list of functions in the GM team and shortly describe it what they perform for a server or for players.

He holds the position of highest judicial authority on the server. He has the last say in punishments and important decisions. He's the only one who can give unban. He takes care of smooth server running. He makes a decision on admission/exclusion to/from the GM team. He doesn't solve player's ingame problems!

He takes care of website and server forum, perfection of both systems and their content. He can give the functions on the forum ("to change nick colour" and give rights of individual sections and tasks), he can give ban on the forum.

He takes care of server system – operating system running, operating system security, database server running but he doesn't take care of emulator code, database content (game world, characters, ..) or whatever that directly relates to the game world content and needs of players in this world.

He takes care of fixing bugs in the core (+in the database). It includes fixing spells, talents, bosses AI, .. but he isn't obliged to fix something at your request! He isn't obliged to log in game and his job isn't to solve game tickets. As an information source about bugs for fixing he uses bugtracker, server forum or own sources.

He takes care of fixing bugs in the database. It includes fixing quests (not their scripting), NPC (stats – marking and killing, he can also create easier AI), spawns, loots and other things that relate to the database. There are the same rules of presence in game and communication with players as the core developers - he isn't obliged to log in game and fix something at your request. He uses the same information sources. This group can include the core developers.

External developer
He's a developer who's in a trial period or he works independently of the GM team. He gets the tasks on the basis of which may be accepted into the GM team. He doesn't have access to the emulator codes and the database.

He takes care of players in the game. His main task is to solve tickets. He takes care of communication with players in case of they have a gaming problem. He doesn't fix gaming bugs that cannot be solved ingame! He doesn't deal with the problem that are in the power of developers (see above). He can help you with a problem that players cannot solve yourself (e.g. stuck NPC, stuck archaeology craft, ..). He will not obliged to help you if he is logged on the game character! Please respect his free time.

He's the assistant of gamemasters. He takes care of players in the game and he can solve tickets. He gets tasks from gamemasters or from developers that will help with their work. He has less power than a gamemaster therefore he can solve fewer problem.
