From Hynek:

• Demonic Circle (warlock) will no longer drop combat in BG and arenas
• Darkmoon Card: Tsunami has now internal cooldown
• Mist in Borean Tundra (and similar effects) should now behave right
• Totems shouldn't ignore LoS for their place - they won't fall to the textures now
• Heroic Leap (warrior) will be castable while jumping

From Aliquis:

• mastery of type "extra attack" will now properly proc from abilities, instead of white dmg only (orig. author Mischo)
• CC delay (effect delay in PvP) is now set to 150ms (0.15s)

One fix from Mischo: Two-Handed Weapon Specialization (warrior)

From me some internal changes:

• You won't be able to earn extra currency from refund having the awesome guild perk
• Some crash diagnostics changes
• Dropped keyring a currency token bag item slots (currencies used to have their own bag slots in pre-Cata clients, this change will protect anything to use it - it may improve stability and/or eliminate some strange bugs)

EDIT: and also reverted "lag tolerance" commit due to suspicion of server freezes. If it wasn't true, I will apply it back again.
