some minor changes in TotFW:

• Al'akir: boss should get the Feedback debuff on heroic mode too.
• Al'akir: spell Wind Burst will be no longer prevented by silence.
• Rohash (Conclave): spell attack Slicing Gale will target raid members in range by random.
• Conclave (all bosses): increased hit box (maybe too much)
