known bugs:
- achievement Death from the above is not working
- Cinderweb Spinners may ignore LoS
- the filaments created for slowing the fall through the hole ignore will LoS (and may be cretaed too early then) and their visual effects sometimes blink
- there may be few movement and aggro problems because of transitions web->floor
